(Foto: Arquivo \/ Infonet)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 4.\u00aa Vara Federal da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria de Sergipe &#8211; Privativa de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais &#8211; realizar\u00e1, em conjunto com as 2.\u00aa, 3\u00aa, 7.\u00aa e 8\u00aa Varas Federais, nos dias 28 de abril e 12 de maio do corrente ano, leil\u00e3o judicial, levando a hasta p\u00fablica 83 (oitenta e tr\u00eas) lotes, referentes a processos de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal e de natureza C\u00edvel e Criminal, distribu\u00eddos entre bens m\u00f3veis e im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Est\u00e3o sendo ofertados, entre os bens m\u00f3veis, ve\u00edculos em geral, m\u00e1quinas industriais, confec\u00e7\u00f5es e cal\u00e7ados, combust\u00edvel, material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, lentes oftalmol\u00f3gicas, colch\u00f5es, mobili\u00e1rio, etc, e entre os im\u00f3veis, salas, casas, apartamentos, pr\u00e9dios, terrenos e fazendas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A primeira pra\u00e7a acontecer\u00e1 no pr\u00f3ximo dia 28 de abril. Os bens que n\u00e3o forem arrematados nessa oportunidade ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 nova pra\u00e7a, que ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 12 de maio, com lances a partir de 60% (sessenta por cento) do valor da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas sobre a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de bens e condi\u00e7\u00f5es da arremata\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser obtidas no edital de leil\u00e3o, dispon\u00edvel no site da Justi\u00e7a Federal de Sergipe (www.jfse.jus.br), no site do leiloeiro (www.rjleiloes.com.br) ou nas pr\u00f3prias Varas, no hor\u00e1rio de atendimento ao p\u00fablico, das 9h \u00e0s 18h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os leil\u00f5es ocorrer\u00e3o no audit\u00f3rio do pr\u00e9dio sede da Justi\u00e7a Federal em Sergipe, em Aracaju, situado na Av.
