O arrematante, que fez um lance de R$ 7,5 milh\u00f5es, n\u00e3o depositou o valor no prazo de 24h. Com isso, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos ex-funcion\u00e1rios do Grupo Bomfim volta a ser a de antes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O im\u00f3vel foi a leil\u00e3o no \u00faltimo dia 5 de mar\u00e7o, pelo lance m\u00ednimo de R$ 17,5 milh\u00f5es, metade do valor de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o. Sem lances presenciais e online, o lote foi desmembrado em dois: hotel e terreno agropastoril. Este \u00faltimo recebeu um lance online, por\u00e9m a venda n\u00e3o foi concretizada.
