Ele deu liminar favor\u00e1vel aos estabelecimentos para que voltem a cobrar pelo servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a administra\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois shoppings, a partir da pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira (29) ser\u00e1 cobrado o valor de R$ 1 para cada hora de estacionamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por telefone, o defensor p\u00fablico Alfredo Nikolaus, explicou que a nova liminar n\u00e3o tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a a\u00e7\u00e3o da Defensoria que pro\u00edbe a cobran\u00e7a integral pelo estacionamento, ou seja, R$ 4, mesmo que o cliente fique menos de uma hora nos shoppings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do G1 SE Lei que proibia a cobran\u00e7a foi considerada institucional.
