O julgamento poder\u00e1 ocorrer na pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_120894\" style=\"width: 609px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/senoticias.com.br\/se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/luiz-fux-01.jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-120894\" class=\"size-full wp-image-120894\" src=\"https:\/\/senoticias.com.br\/se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/luiz-fux-01.jpg-e1574243430572.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"399\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-120894\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ministro Luiz Fux, do STF (foto: Cristiano Mariz\/Veja)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na semana passada, Fux havia suspendido o julgamento do caso, no entanto, reconsiderou a decis\u00e3o, por entender que o processo deve ser julgado pelo conselho porque est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo da prescri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a decis\u00e3o de Fux, o CNMP poder\u00e1 julgar o processo administrativo disciplinar (PAD) que foi aberto para apurar suposta \u201cmanifesta\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica indevida\u201d em uma entrevista \u00e0 r\u00e1dio CBN, concedida em agosto de 2018, em que Dallagnol criticou a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), afirmando que passam \u00e0 sociedade uma mensagem de leni\u00eancia com a corrup\u00e7\u00e3o. O procedimento foi aberto a pedido do presidente do STF, ministro Dias Toffoli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O PAD estava suspenso desde outubro por decis\u00e3o liminar da 1\u00aa Vara Federal de Curitiba, que atendeu pedido do procurador sob alega\u00e7\u00e3o de estar sendo julgado duas vezes pelo mesmo caso.
